A group for women under 40 that addresses the “issues” particular to that stage of life experiences. In this group we will be talking about ourselves  – in the context of our hopes, dreams and goals, as well as our challenges and difficulties. This will be a safe and friendly environment for conversations on various topics related to – work, relationships, health, family, friends, etc. Note: This group is not intended to be a therapy group, nor is it being led by “professional therapists”. Likewise, it is not based on the model of the 12 steps, nor does it adhere to their rules; though general rules of communication, listening, and privacy will be requested.
