Some people may not remember the original 8 colors of the LGBT flag created by Gilbert Baker in 1978. Each color symbolized a word that embodied the LGBT rights movement and the community. Due to practical reasons, the rainbow flag seen today was standardized down to the 6 colors. To celebrate LGBT Pride this June through August 2019, we present “Queer as Art: Exploring the Power of Art & Sexual Expression” where the aim is to express each of the original colors by an all LGBTQ cast.

Featuring the art of: Alex Stoddard, Anh Dang, Bari Jo Berman, Bill Georgiou, Brandy Stiles, Brian Oldham, David Luong, Edmund Liang, Nesskain, Oscar Vega, Oscar Waldes, Tim Fangon, and Tommy Wu.

A portion of the sales proceeds will go towards The LGBT Center Orange County, a 501(c) non-profit organization, helping empower the LGBT community: https://www.lgbtcenteroc.org/

This is a FREE event and open to all ages. No tickets required.
